The wheel has been tested and approved by the German T.U.V.
Several times. The last test was in june 2009 and it is valid till 2010.

As you can see on the drawing is 3 meters outside the base the wheel height 7.70 meters and at 6 meters 12.40 meters high. When the wheelis build up there has to be enough space on both sides of the wheel because the wheel goes outside the base.

52 plugs on the axle for the lights for the cars, spokes and ring. In october 2005 all plugs were replaced.

Lights on a turning object get their power through slew rings.

This computer makes sure all 4 motors run simultaniusly so the ride is as smooth as possible.
